This is the second time my packages wasnt delivered at my home .where is it.with you all.its being investigated.the carrier is taking all my packages.Iam home every day I be waiting my packages from you never get them the carrier is taking my packages.. I have a door camera.and I can see who come on my porch at all times and it records everything and any body thats on the porch and in front of of my home at all times.I just want my packages

Im mad .i got email that my package was delivered I after I come back it wasnt nothing I left instructions where to leave safe the packageprobably your driver doesnt care attractive all that people pay for that and just put in front door and left ..soo the question .who will respond for my lost

I called and someone just hung up the phone NO ANSWER AT ALL! Message said in mailbox this company does not have keys to mailbox

CDL gave me a tracking number said my package was delivered 60 miles from my house and continually went further and further away I called them to ask about this of course they do nothing about it so then you're nothing about my package but yet CDL gave me a tracking number not possible Right can't create a tracking number without getting a package none of us are stupid out there so I called them and ask him about this he told me to take a screenshot of what the website was saying and send it I went to get a friend's phone to do it came back now the website said my package was delivered 3 years ago somewhere people I'm not even kidding you said my package was delivered November 11th 2020 today is January 24th 2023 this is nothing but a joke to them 843 reviews 1.6 rating I've been getting packages for years never ever have I been through this kind of disrespect this kind of stress is a $250 package I guess I'm out $250 no people I will not be out $250 I recorded my conversations with them they speak over you they don't listen to you they're completely disrespectful everybody has attorneys I'll bring these messages and these conversations to my attorney and I will get my money from CDL how can you create a tracking number if you did not get a package that is impossible they sent me two emails with the tracking number now they're throwing their arms up in the air and saying they know nothing about my package really I told my vendor to never use this company nobody should use this company I can't believe it's even in existence today they should have been out of business probably the first year they opened never even heard of them and they definitely should not be in business today somebody's got to do something about this business and I'm kind of one of those people who

Your service is not professional. You are suppose to provide a delivery service, however if the delivery is in a residential building you refuse to deliver to the customers door. Your driver left my package in the lobby of a residential building. Which is an unsecured location. If a person utilizes your delivery services your driver should be delivering to their apartment door not somewhere else.

User's recommendation: Do not use this service unless you have it writing where they will be delivering your packages.

My package has been stolen since the driver neglected to deliver to my apartment door. Instead the driver delivered to the lobby which is a unsecured location.

User's recommendation: Do use CDL delivery services.

I received notice that a package was delivered at 3:10 pm this afternoon (Dec 7, 2022). It may have gone to 47 Boston Street rather than my address 47 Boston Terr, Guilford, CT.

User's recommendation: first encounter with this company. could change my mind.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on a particular day that was sitting at a location 20 minutes from me. I received a message that it would be delivered in several more days. Are you kidding me
